Without knowing anything about the situation, it's hard to know exactly what the problem is. Here are some things to look into:
Cloud of Daggers is not in the free Basic Rules product, so the players would need to own the Player's Handbook (or have access to it through content sharing) for it to show up. Do they have access to this book?
Cloud of Daggers is on the class spell list for the Bard, Sorcerer, Warlock, and Wizard classes. Are these players playing characters with these classes?
Cloud of Daggers is a 2nd level spell, which means these characters would need to have at least 3 levels in one of the aforementioned classes to access it. Do they?
I'm not sure which of my questions you're responding to. Your current level can be seen in the "Level" drop-down at the top of the Class tab in the character builder. The Sources you've enabled can be seen in the Home tab of the character builder.
I have the PHB (2014) from d&d beyond, but I still can't add Cloud of Daggers to my warlock's spells
Are you using the 2014 Warlock class?
If you’re using the 2024 Warlock class, you’ll need to either: - Purchase the 2024 PHB for its version of that spell. - Make a homebrew copy of the 2014 spell and make it available for 2024 Warlocks. - Remove your current class and switch to the one under 2014 Core Rules instead.

I think I'm using the 2014 Warlock class? I have it to use the 2014 rules as a source. I'm not sure how to pick between the two versions? It doesn't give an option other than just Warlock.
I checked, and yes, I have 2014 Core Rules enabled.
That doesn't make your class the 2014 one. it just means that it's available to choose, but you have to scroll down and pick the old one when selecting class. (Unless you have the "Core rules" box unchecked, which controls access to the 2024 material.)
My players are trying to add cloud of daggers to their spells and can't find the spell. Can you all fix?

I'm having this same issue. I have the PHB (2014) from d&d beyond, but I still can't add Cloud of Daggers to my warlock's spells
Is your Warlock at least level 3?
Do you have “2014 Core Rules” enabled on the Home tab of the character builder?

Did you purchase the book yourself, or is this character assigned to a campaign where that book is shared?

I purchased the book myself.
I'm not sure. Where would I see that?

But when you chose your class, did you pick the one under Core Rules or the one under 2014 Core Rules?
