Most folks have been able to get them into their account by looking at Account (under your Screen Name) then choosing the LICENSES tab and at the top check to see if your purchases need to be synced (there will be a button if they do). Click the button to synch.
Also some folks have had luck by signing in and out.
The premade characters they promised with purchase do not seem to be available and no real word on when or why.
Tried it all without any result. Under quickplay maps i only see my Dragondelves maps and my icespire peak maps. Under the other titles it's also not showing up.
I hope someone gets back to you to help. Did the License screen show that you were all synched and did the product show up as purchased in the list below?
I've bought the Heroes of the Borderlands physical and digital.
I can access the book online but it's not showing as owned in the beyond app.
Also the didgital maps of the book are not showing in the maps tool?

Yes, i have the license,
I can access the book in Beyond, also have the digital dice set.
Still no maps and no book in the app.
Same issue here, no problems accessing the book but no entry in maps. Everything is synched.
