Have to cancel Hero to upgrade to Master and now I have to ask for a refund on the Hero tier before I can get Master. There needs to just be an "upgrade tier" option. Ridiculous.
I have the same issue. The only option I am given is to Manage Subscription, which takes me to a Google page where I can cancel the subscription or change the renewal.
Edit: For anyone that finds this, You just have to do it on the DND Beyond app.
