Error 403 when making a homebrew species

I am trying to make a homebrew species but keep getting Error 403 everytime I push the button to.

I have restarted my PC, I have logged out and back into DnD beyond, Changed the information during creation, and tried using a different browser.

If anyone knows how to get past this I could rally use the help.
