Race/Species ability bonuses not included

I’ve had my premium account for about a year using it at a player and a DM, but I like to make a LOT of characters to play around with the options. All of a sudden, as I’m running a game, I’m noticing my players are extra squishy and not landing their hits, and my own PC’s stats had dropped.

After some investigation, it turns out all of the characters created in my account, my characters and other PCs in my campaign, all no longer have any of their species ability bonuses added in there. Almost all of them are standard species and classes, only one homebrew. 

it’s an easy fix, obviously, but it’s kind of annoying to pay for something that doesn’t work. Any ideas?

It has been universal, and I’ve been pretty careful about putting 2014 class/races/backgrounds together. And like I said, they were all working at one point within the past few weeks

And now that you mention it, for the characters where I crossed over, none of the ability score bonuses were getting added.
