I've raised multiple tickets about an issue I'm having with a corrupted account over a period of a couple of months now but none of them get past the point of confirming that I'm the account holder. The service is so bad that I'd cancel my subscription - except I can't because one of the symptoms of the corruption is that the "account" page just goes into a refreshing death spiral, rendering me unable to cancel my payment. I'd happily continue to pay if it was resolved but currently I'm sitting here being forced to pay monthly for a service that I cannot use.
When I say my account is corrupted what I mean is this. I requested an account name change a couple of years ago. Since then it's not worked properly. I get randomly logged out or told I need to buy content which I already own. I can't see any of my characters either. This is the same across all browsers. On the phone app it is completely inaccessible. It won't even let me in to that. I can access the licenses link (https://www.dndbeyond.com/account/licenses), however if I click "Manage my subscriptions" it goes into a death spiral where the page just shows as blank and constantly refreshed. In the top right corner I can see the username constantly flickering back and forth between my new username and my previous one (which leads me to believe the entire issue is related to a poorly implemented name change. I've been paying for this for 2 years with an inability to use the service or cancel the payment. Multiple support tickets have led nowhere.
I'm at my wits end and paying for a service that is utterly impossible to use, or even cancel.
