I have the 2014 Players Handbook in my personal library, yet the Sub Class options are no longer appearing in the appropriate Character Creation section. I do not wish to change to the 2024 Rules as I am not a fan of a lot of the Class Changes.
There are options at the Home screen of character creation to allow me to continue using the 2014 rules, but this doesn't appear to be working does anyone know if this is Bugged, Broken or Deliberate?
Personally I think it would be a much better option to allow you to Select which Rules Edition you want to use at the Start of your character creation to make things simple. I would rather complete the entire process using the 2014 Edition and not have upgraded crap that I dont want forced upon me.
Please make sure you have 2014 Core Rules enabled on that Home screen. Then when choosing your character, make sure you scroll down and choose your class from the 2014 Core Rules section. (The 2024 classes are shown first.)

Players should have the choice.
Make sure you've selected the correct version of the class. The first set of classes you see are the 2024 bases, and the Core Rules (2014) classes are lower, at the bottom. It's not enough to just tell it you want 2014 rules available, you have to make sure to select them.
I am still having this issue with my campaign I am trying to start. I am the DM. I am content sharing. Everything is selected. There is one core class, and a few from XGTE, and a few from Tasha’s. That is it. None of my players have other options. I have tried every combination of clicking and that is the most it will give me. I tried all the “solutions” on D&D beyond also, but they don’t work. I an so sick of feeling like Hasbro is ripping me off. I need a solution. If not I just won’t continue the master subscription, since it is apparently a waste of money.

The master subscription doesn't give you access to books; it just lets you share them. (And it has other benefits not relevant here.)
To get the subclasses not in the free rules, you have to own the book they're in.
If you do own a PHB, odds are that you're hitting the mismatch between the 24 and 14 classes. Most likely, you own the old PHB, but have chosen the new classes, which can't use any old subclass that has been updated in the new rules. You will want to turn off "core rules" in the builder, then remove the character's class and re-add it, now having access to only the old versions.
