Hey All - Has anyone had troubles selecting an armor model type? This would be in character creator, there is no drop down list for armor model. Any help would be appreciated.
This will happen if you create the character and then go back and turn off "Expanded Rules" in the sources section on the Home tab. That option needs to be on for all Artificer characters at all times, because everything related to the Artificer class comes from Expanded Rules sources.
Hrmm odd, that option was on - Even if I create a new character and that option is selected the armor models are not available for selection still.
Do you actually own the book that that subclass comes from (Tasha's Cauldron of Everything)? Or do you only have access to it through content sharing?
If it's the latter, it's possible you lost access to it since creating the character, either because you left the campaign it was shared in or content sharing was turned off.
I bought the sub classes a la carte when that was an option, I've never purchased the entire book. Also the other sub classes I purchased in that purchase still work. Also I appreciate your help. I just find it odd that the subclass is there, and outside of the armor model, everything works as intended.

You might have to put in a support ticket, then. Armorer is the one subclass that is only in Tasha's Cauldron of Everything and not included in the original Artificer release from Eberron: Rising from the Last War. I wouldn't be surprised if that causes some weirdness with a la carte purchases, especially if you bought it before Tasha's came out.
I am also having this issue. Is it still going on for you? Because it is for me. I am going to try and contact the support line, but I wanted to see if you had already found a solution.

I will do so - Again thanks for your help!

They asked me to toggle on certain things, now I've provided proof of purchase a la carte and am waiting to hear back. It has taken a while.
