Hi, I’ve used the D&D Store (ie NOT the D&D Beyond Marketplace) for the first time to buy the Forgotten Realms Ultimate Bundle. This is the store non-US people are directed to for digital + physical bundles.

I made my order in September, but haven’t had a confirmation email or been debited.

The FAQ says that I’ll be billed at checkout and receive a email with an activation code but when I raised an issue they said I’d be billed in November (despite it releasing today).

Can any other non-US people who’ve ordered say if they’ve been debited or got their confirmation email? I’m considering cancelling and restarting the process.

I realise this is generally a Customer Support issue, but with it taking a few days for them to respond to tickets, and the books coming out today, I’m hoping that someone here is a non-US person whose bought the digital and physical bundle, and can confirm what I should expect!

I'm in the same situation. I noticed there's an option to charge a pre-order on the site, but I didn't try to use it.

And yes, I saw that button and haven’t pressed it yet. Maybe I will if the book releases today and I still haven’t been debited.

I haven’t used that site before, but in this case, given there was no bundle discount for the digital only version I thought I’d give it a try for the digital + physical.

I have preordered in the store (I am ingermany) and have received an email as usual but they have not debited me yet.

Amazing - thanks. I’ve now clicked the button, been debited, received an email, and been given an activation key, so all looks good.

I’ve redeemed it… and got an error message (the one with the beholder picture). My licences now list all of the add-ons, including Lorwyn-Shadowmoor, which won’t be out today, though not the main books Heroes of Faerun or Adventures in Faerun. Cross fingers they show up later today!
