Look in your character settings (the Home tab in the character builder) under Partnered Content. One of those toggles will disable it. If you're not sure which one, let us know which book that is and we can help you figure it out.

But every time I look at the rules for a class, it lists the subclasses from this source.
Is there a way to disable this source from displaying in my account?
If you're talking about the class compendium pages that list all the subclasses for the class, I don't think there's any way to modify that. It just lists everything you have access to (including stuff shared with you in campaigns). If you do as spamandtuna suggested, it will not show up as a choice in the character builder, but that won't affect the compendium pages.
I bought the digital version of a third party source, and after reading it, don't want to use it.

Yeah - the class compendium is what I was referencing.
