I bought the digital version of a third party source, and after reading it, don't want to use it.
But every time I look at the rules for a class, it lists the subclasses from this source.
Is there a way to disable this source from displaying in my account?

ModeratorLook in your character settings (the Home tab in the character builder) under Partnered Content. One of those toggles will disable it. If you're not sure which one, let us know which book that is and we can help you figure it out.
