I bought the new Forgotten Realms player's guide awhile back, and none of the new material isn't showing up in character creation. I have master's tier so it should show up. What can I/should I do?
If you check this page, are your Account Entitlements in sync? Is that book listed under Current Product Licenses?https://www.dndbeyond.com/account/licenses
