Headband of Intellect is not applying anymore

I created a new 5.5e character a couple months ago with a Headband of Intellect. It was working fine the last time we played, 4 weeks ago, but today my Intelligence is 13 and not 19 like it should be. I have tried toggling both the attuned and equipped property and haven't been able to get it to apply again. I've overridden my Intelligence manually for now, but it'd be nice for this to apply again.

Grumble grumble.

I also noticed my +1 Shortbow wasn't applying the +1 bonus either. I refreshed the browser and now it's working. Both the shortsword and headband of intellect. Consider this closed.
