So my "legacy content" is not showing all the subclasses when I am making a new pc. I know I have allot of content and it can be a bit of a burden to keep track of but some subclasses I know I had in the past are no longer showing up when I go looking for them. Is there a way around the block or is it all locked behind the new books? I am greatly confused as to what I should do in this case as I just started a new campaign and told all my friends I had a great compendium to draw from for them and now it is just gone... Please help.
Clarification!!! It is a money grab by wizards as when I purchased the new core rule books all the subclasses and spells showed back up. AND it was more than subclasses it was spells and any core mechanic not covered by the free rule book... This hurts me... allot... this was an unnecessary money grab by wizards of the coast to force people to buy the books... either in digital or hardcover. I wish to express MY dissatisfaction with this system that takes something from you when you have already paid for it in an older version only for it to be updated and forced to be bought again.

None of the 2014 content is "locked behind the new books". Likely you just choose the 2024 version of a class when you don't own the 2024 core books. Choose the 2014 version of the class instead and you'll see all your old subclasses.

None of this is true; you do not need to buy the 2024 core books to use 2014 content you already own.

This might hurt you, but your rant doesn't help anyone.

If you want help, you should provide specifics.
