This is a new issue that has occurred intermittently. I create the encounter and when I run the encounter, the monsters display just fine, but the PCs are simple labeled as generic icons and called Player Character A, Player Character B, and so on. Any ideas would be great. Additionally, the characters levels are not displaying properly when creating the encounter. D&D Beyond has them stuck at level 5 when they are level 7.

Are you selecting the campaign through Manage Players, or is it remaining on a Preset Characters display.
I see this option now. Prior to a few weeks ago, the encounters would automatically populate the players. And today, for some reason, it is doing so again. Thanks for the response

I select the campaign through the home page "My Campaigns"
In the Encounter Builder under Manage Characters
