Agonizing Blast says it can effect any damaging cantrip and is repeatable. Unfortunately my experience is that it only effects Eldritch Blast even if you don't have it and can't be selected again. I have other damaging cantrips that can't be selected. Maybe I am just missing something but something is definitely not working right.
You're not missing anything. This is a feature of the 2024 version of Agonizing Blast that D&D Beyond did not implement when the 2024 updates were released, and it remains unimplemented now, over a year later, despite it being a pretty fundamental feature for 2024 Warlocks.
In the meantime, I'd just leave the Invocation choice unselected, and then manually add the bonus to my chosen spell (by clicking the spell and opening the Customize menu in the sidebar).

It'd likely require backend rewrites to how invocations work.
Clearly there are no orders from Hasbro to WotC to Beyond to fix this. Let alone funding to recode Beyond.

That is what I worked out
Invocations in general need a lot of fixing. This should’ve been fixed a year ago.
