On Nov 13th, I ordered the Forgotten Realms Ultimate Bundle, and since I'm in the EU, I used the partner site: https://dndstore.wizards.com/eu..
Status is still "Pending", and even for the digital content it's "Delivery Status: Preparing order"..I read on the support page that if it didn'øt go through within 4 hours, one should try placing the order again..still same..but now I have 2 orders - both "pending"..
I raised a support-ticket after a couple of hours, but still haven't heard anything back..
Does anyone have any good advice, other than just waiting?
Yeah - I guessed..just seems crazy that they take multiple days to reply..
To be honest, I'm fine waiting for the physical books, if only I'd be able to access the digital ones.****y got the physical books as well, because the price-difference between digital in the US+tax vs. digital+physical in eu was next to nothing..
For the digital version, you’ll need to redeem your code from that site first. There should be a link in your purchase confirmation email.
If you can’t find the code, it’s possible the payment hasn’t been submitted yet. In that case, there should be a button to let you do so manually, at which point you should get your code.
After that, customer support should be able to help with the double order.

Support tickets are addressed in the order they're received.
There really is nothing else to it.
Just don't "Flood" the feed of tickets, & you're good to go.
Also, postal services are kinda borked RN in most of the West. So it's unsurprising.
