I was trying to help modify one of my players' character sheets so that they can use the new Armorer Artificer. It allows me to pick the class and subclass, but I can't select an Armor Model, and only a few of the new Replicate Magic Item options can be selected despite me having more options available elsewhere. Additionally, I am able to select spells on their sheet that are from books such as Obojima and Mage Hand Press' Gunslinger Pack, making it even more confusing why I specifically cannot select an Armor Model or most of the Replicate Magic Item options. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

Both of our Account Entitlements say "Your entitlements data is in sync! You should have nothing to worry about, but contact our Support Team if you're having problems accessing your purchased content." I looked on the character sheet, Expanded Rules is still checked as true. I also tried it with 2014 Artificer, I'm having the same issue with not being able to pick an Armor Model on the character sheet.

The issue has been resolved, it was a problem with my subscription. All clear now!
