The feat "Vampire Touched" from Astarion's Book of Hunger gives the legacy version of Dissonant Whispers, not the 2024 version. Within the character creator tab the 2014 wording is used as well as it actually granting the legacy version of the spell on the sheet. The separate versions of the spell are worded differently, (particularly when it comes to deafened creatures and the like) thus not aligning with current rules, despite the source being a 2024 book.
Cannot say for certain if there are similar issues with other spell options or other feats from that same book; or if this is an isolated problem. Either way; would love to have this fixed.

This feat lets you choose which spell it grants you. Which spells appear in the list is determined by which books you have access to and which source options you have checked on the Home tab. If you have "2014 Core Rules" checked, then the 2014 version of Dissonant Whispers will be available, and if you select it, then that's the spell you get. If you want the 2024 version, you need to make sure "Core Rules" is checked, and select the 2024 version of the spell.

Ummmmm...You'd have to have selected it when you took the feat.
