Hi there! I'm experiencing an unusual issue affecting just two of my characters on D&D Beyond (specifically, the two I most recently accessed, both edited within the last month). On those two characters, I discovered after logging in today that any items I had added to their inventories that were not fully custom items, but were standard items with customizations made to them in the character sheet, have lost those customizations. For example, one of these characters had three Book items added to their inventory which had each been customized to show the Name as the book title, and with Notes added to describe the contents of the book. None of my older characters appear to have been affected by this issue.
Anyone else experiencing this, or know of a cause and/or workaround? I unfortunately have lost some relatively important information about certain items on these characters since losing these customizations, and am hoping there's a way to retrieve the missing customizations.
We have a couple of reports about this in the Discord, and I'm escalating. Would you mind sending me a campaign or affected character sheet link via Private Message to send to the team?

Coming out of this morning's maintenance (which was successful!) we are investigating multiple reports of inventory items losing their customizations in character and party inventories.
We believe we've identified the root cause of the issue and are working towards resolution.

This has happened to every character in our campaign across multiple accounts. Every single customization has been removed. Regarding sheet age, the characters are several years old but all had been updated within the past month.
This should be fixed if you give those sheets a refresh :)
We've waited a couple hours in case the refresh needed to happen in the background like when one edits a homebrew item but none of the character item customization have been restored.
Here is the campaign in question if it helps. All active characters suffer the issue: (sent via PM as requested above)
The most serious/affecting part of this bug for our campaign, is that we had all created containers (renamed "Backpacks") where we could track gold that we had deposited in the bank, or stored other places. All of that gold stored has disappeared so we have all lost the majority of the cash for our characters. We trusted DNDBeyond to be safe, and this update has completely screwed us!!
