It doesn't show up as an option I can select.
The problem started when I purchased Heroes of Faerun as a digital product.
Edit: Nevermind, it seems to be only Animal Shapes that's missing.

It's not showing up in the spell list for my Bard. I can't take it as a Magical Secret.
Update: Flock of Familiars is also missing. There are probably other spells missing too. I also recently bought the digital versions of Ebon Tides and Crooked Moon. There might be bugs in those digital products too.
Can confirm, other spells generally show up for Magical Secrets but not that one. Druid spells are supposed to be eligible.
Gifted content and content bought under A La Carte during that time is not doing well after the latest site updates.
