Maps Keyboard Shortcuts break on updating monster HP

To reproduce...

1. Open a map
2. Add a monster
3. Click on monster
4. Click Update HP
5. Keyboard shortcuts such as "Holding Space" to Pan no longer work and will remain broken until the page is refreshed.

This is a bug.  Clicking out of the text field continues to leave the shortcuts disabled.  I assumed that while open it was purposeful. What I assume is not is that forever after they remain disabled long after closing the text field.

I see it in both Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge on my primary PC. I just checked a different laptop and same thing happens on Chrome there as well.

To add more clarification, using a monster's Rename text field works as expected, while it's open the keyboard shortcuts are disabled but are restored once the Rename is closed. Only the Update HP for a monster is not restoring keyboard shortcuts after use.

This is true even if Update HP was opened before, meaning if I open and close Update HP, the shortcuts don't work, but if I open and close Rename it starts working again.  Not much better than refreshing to get it working again but hopefully gives you all a place to look, since whatever re-enables the shortcuts from Rename is functioning.

Yet more details...clicking Heal or Damage close the popup with keyboard shortcuts working fine.  However it's using the Temp Hp or Override HP and pressing Enter to apply, that leaves the keyboard shortcuts not working.

I've repro'd the issue as well.

1. Open map
2. Enable keyboard shortcuts
3. Add monster
4. Select monster
5. Select the HP to bring up the dialogue
   • At this point the HP field will be selected
6. Click off the HP dialogue to close it
7. Attempt to use any keyboard shortcut
   • Bug: Keyboard shortcuts do not respond
8. Click the monster
9. Click the rename button
   • The text field will appear
10. Click off the rename dialogue, like you did in step 6
11. Attempt to use any keyboard shortcut
    • Keyboard shortcuts are functional again
