Bought Multiple books/guides and then also bought all the add-ons for each book/guide possibly without needing too,did I mess up?
So I was stupid, I think. As the title says, I think I mistakenly over-spent on each book/guide I purchased by ALSO buying all the "additional purchase options" which now I under stand to really be "individual purchase options." To be clear in my excitement I frantically clicked because all I knew is that I wanted all the content each book had to offer. I may be understanding this wrong but I want to either get this fixed or understand it %100 before purchasing more.
From the sound of everything now, the book/guide purchases come with everything and the add-ons are for people who just want to pick/choose a few things without buying the whole book? I read in the FAQ the opposite of my problem. Buying add-ons 1st and purchasing the whole book later. That stated the cost of the ad-ons would come off the total. In my case of buying everything all in one purchase that did not happen. My total was the book and the all the add-ons with no credit applied. Will put some SS's below so you can see.
I submitted a ticket about this Friday and another yesterday and have had zero response so I thought I'd try here to at least hear if anyone else did this by mistake and what the resolve was. I don't even want my money back. Credit would be great because I just want to buy more books/content! My wife and I are brand new to D&D and totally fell in love with it and are going kinda crazy over it at the moment buying everything in sight that can get us to play better and more often!
