Rogue character unable to pick Arcane Trickster subclass

For some reason, the character builder is not allowing me to pick Arcane Trickster despite my having reached level 3 and having the Players Handbook.  Is this a bug?

I am using the 2014 rules and purchased the 2014 handbook.  I don't seem to have any issue viewing it in the handbook, but the arcane trickster is not available in the drop down menu for subclasses.

Your character is using the 2024 version of the PHB. I can tell because looking in the features & traits tab, all your class features say 'PHB 2024' next to them. If you meant to use the 2014 rules, copy down all your selections (or export a PDF) then edit your character, as once you choose the new version of the class, all your choices will go away, so you want something to reference.
