Hey, having some issues with the Forge Adept Artificer subclass. Specifically with the spell list... It is showing I should have some spells always prepared but they are not showing up on my spell sheet section. I made a level 3 character so I should have Shield & Heroism, right? Just wanna make sure I'm reading this right cause it's not in my character's spell section or in my character's spell list at all.
Actually, there are two issues with the spell list. The first is that its not even showing the correct spell list in the character creator. You are not supposed to get Heroism and Shield. Instead, you should be getting Armor of Agathys and Shield of Faith. They seem to have lazily copied the battle smith's spell list and forgot to change the spells.
Moreover, yeah, the spell list is not showing up on the character sheet.
This is such a rushed job that the dev team did with the subclasses. I myself made this very subclass for the 2014 Artificer using the Homebrew system on this website and using the 2014 Exploring Ebberon book, and I did a way better job at capturing this subclass than what was done here.
Dont know. The devs have recently been really lagging in getting character options fixed and ready for the character builder, so don't hold your breath.
The Forge Adept also dont gain proficiency in Martial Weapons from their Battle Ready feature, but rather proficiency in a select few martial weapons. Do the devs not know how to give full martial weapon proficiency like they do for all other classes and subclasses? How is this so difficult for them when it is so easy for us to implement this proficiency in their own Homebrew system?

But you were able to select Forge Adept as a subclass? I cannot and I own all the source material and have it turned on in the character builder.
