When I was trying to make an Aberrant Dragonmark Eldritch Knight and I got to the Potent Dragonmark feat, for some reason I couldn't select an option when I got to it, am I dumb or is it a error bug mistake?

The spells I chose for the normal Aberrant Dragonmark feat were the two new ones from Exploring Eberron (Force Blast and Concussion Burst), then selected Greater Dragonmark, then finally, I wanted Potent Dragonmark, and that's where my problem started.

So again, am I just dumb, did I make a mistake somewhere, or is there a bug problem?

What option are you expecting to see there? As far as I can see, the Potent Dragonmark feat doesn't seem to have any choices you need to make for it.

I would imagine that there is supposed to be choices since it says that it has options to choose from

The feat's text does not describe any options that you have to choose from, so no, there shouldn't be any options to choose from.
