I am trying to forge a new Cleric character with the Tempest domain. I am not able to create one in the character builder and I have no idea why it isn't showing up. I've tried everything, I ev een purchased the player's handbook and it is still not showing up. I know Tempest is a real domain that should be offered because I have a friend who had no trouble on his account. I even toggled the different rules and that didn't help. under the 2024 rules I know they make you pick cleric subclass at level 3, and even THEN it doesn't show up. Plelease Help!

To use 2014 subclasses w/2024 characters, you must own the 2014 PHB.

Once made Maxwell's Silver Hammer come down upon Strahd's head to make sure he was dead.
