If you're off legal adult age in your region, all you have to enter is your birthdate and region and you're done.

The underlying motive is they want to be able to trade in the UK and Australia, it's not any deeper than that. By filling out the details you're stating that you aren't lying so if it later turns out you did it's not DDB's fault and they're covered
