I bought the $179 bundle of digital and hardcover 2024 rule books. After all was said and done $197.97 was removed from my bank account. an hour later they attempted to charge me again for another $123. This was rejected: as I have had issues in the past and only put money in this account when I am going to make a purchase. cost of what I am buying and an extra $100 for shipping and incidentals.
After the second transaction was rejected: my order gets cancelled, but the original $197 is not refunded. Unable to actually get a response form anyone to get this resolved in their ticket syustem.
