My current issue lies with my Drake companion Stats box isn't updating. As a level 7 I get the bond of fang and scale which gives the following upgrades to your Drake:
•Drake Mount.Magic Fang. Medium Size. AC 17. HP 40
but none of these are showing up. So far I have resorted to creating an extra and customizing the stats in. I remember in prior years this was not an issue, any thoughts?
Bond of Fang and Scale doesn't make any changes to your AC or HP. Not sure where you're seeing that. However, AC 17 and 40 HP are indeed correct at that level (at least for a single-classed Ranger), per the rules in the statblock:
Armor Class 14 + PB (natural armor)
Hit Points 5 + five times your ranger level (the drake has a number of Hit Dice [d10s] equal to your ranger level)
The numbers look right on my sheet, though. Could you share a link to yours (with Character Privacy set to Public), or share a screenshot of the issue?
Shared link to my character sheet. As stated before my Drake stats have not change it still shows small dragon instead of medium and none of the level 7 benefits.
Your sheet looks fine to me. Actions > Drake Companion shows the correct stats. Features & Traits > Bond of Fang and Scale shows all the benefits of that feature.
Could you be more specific about exactly what you're expecting to see and where?

If you're referring to the size on the shown stat block when you click on the feature, they can't dynamically update that. All dynamic updates are only in the front-facing stuff shown in Features and Actions.
