First time post, apologies for inadequate info/odd formatting.
I have been going through old sheets as well as making new ones as usual, and I noticed I had missing content I was specifically seeking out. The lineages from Van Richten's Guide to Ravenloft. These were purchased piecemeal, and I have not been able to find the content in any way, shape, or form in my data. No syncing, no changes in my licensing tab, no indication my access should be revoked, and no change in settings allows me to see the missing content. Lineages (Reborn, Dhampir, Hexblood) are the only item I seem to be missing from past purchases thus far into my search(have not looked at everything yet), as I still have the VRGtR Subclasses and Backgrounds, also purchased piecemeal. It is not revoking information from past sheets, seemingly, but is not allowing me to search for the content in new sheets and I would not be able to swap back to Reborn from an old sheet if at any point I changed it. Notably, when I look for Reborn in the site's content, it says it belongs to Ravenloft and I can unlock the content by purchasing it. And once again, the subclasses and backgrounds are able to be searched & viewed from the same tab.
This is distressing, as it's content I purchased that's now seemingly been revoked,.. piecemeal style? And again I must emphasize, it is present in my licensing tab. I couldn't find news of it being hidden or deleted for any reason, there's only news on 2024 edition versions to come, which is not what I am looking for. I do hope it's just a temporary bug, but that doesn't make it any less disappointing or frustrating to experience.
Just noticed the same problem here. My Ravenloft content isnt showing up in character creation but multiple characters ive made with that content is still present in my characters list. Very frustrating.
My guess is that, when they split the lineages in the builder, they screwed up the permissions. Granted the split ones under blanket permissions but forgot how it works for individual licenses attached to items.

It has been confirmed that the devs are looking into it at least.
