When choosing soldier background or even creating a homebrew that adds savage attacker Feat.... it says the character already has this and when checking the character sheet, there is nothing listed under the Feats.

Works fine for me. Could you share a link to your character? Please make sure in your character settings that Character Privacy is set to Public, too.
