I noticed that, in theDnD beyond character sheet, if you have true strike and have a weapon, like a trident, in my case doing 1d8+2 damages, at level 5 true strike appears as an extra damage option on the side..saying 1d6+5.
What is the +5 from? The 1d6 is from the natural progression of the spell at level 5 but the +5 is not.
Please set character privacy to public and share the link so we can see it and advise further.
I cannot replicate this - true strike is working perfectly correct for me - so there may be something else on your character affecting it.

I also noticed that if you wield 2 handaxes and have Dueling as a fighting style, both the handaxes keeps the +2 bonus to damages, which it should not, as Dueling wants at least a hand to not be holding a weapon if I recall correctly.

The 5.5e version of True Strike has always had that damage note that erroneously adds the spellcasting ability modifier to the damage. I believe they've said this is just a limitation of how the current system defines attack and damage rolls.
The "wield" button on weapons isn't meant to actually implement any concept of holding a weapon in a specific hand or anything; all it does is just make the weapon's information appear on the Actions tab.

Many thanks!
I also saw that if you choose Shield from the Magic Initiate (Wizard), the spell appears in your list in its 1/LR form, but not as a regular spell. It should appear in both forms right?

It should, yes. This is another issue that the developers have said is a limitation of the current system that can't be easily corrected, and will require a major overhaul of the whole character builder (which is apparently underway).
In this case the issue is that feats are not able to add a spell to the normal spell list like that if it's a spell that the user gets to choose. If it's a spell that's specifically assigned by the feat (such as how Fey-Touched specifically grants Misty Step) then it'll work, but not if it's a choice.
I noticed a new thing. The celestial warlock at specifics levels adds new spells like Guiding Bolt,Cure Wounds, and then Aid and Lesser Restoration. These spells are stated to be Always prepared.
However, if you go to Manage Spells---> Add Spells, among these spells only Aid is marked as Always prepared, while the others are not.

For Warlock subclasses, the character sheet and character builder don't stop you from clicking on subclass-specific spells in that list to prepare them. But they are actually always prepared and will show up as such in the spells list on the character sheet. For some reason this works properly with some classes that have subclass-specific spells, like Clerics, but not for others. Who knows.
If the lower-level spells are not showing up in your spell list, make sure you check "Show Level-Scaled Spells" on the Home tab of the character builder. This option causes lower-level spells to be repeated in the higher-level spell lists for upcasting purposes. This option should basically always be turned on for Warlocks since they don't have lower-level spell slots.
Yeah, that's a bug that's been around for a while but doesn't seem like to be fixed any time soon. Be glad you weren't around when Aid was "always prepared" for literally everyone for a while. The first few weeks after the release of the 2024 Player's Handbook was an exciting time.

Oh yes, they show up allright in the main "Spell" section.
The bug is only if you go to Manage Spells---> Add Spells. There only Aid is marked as Always prepared, while the others are not.
