Using the Maps VTT, I have noticed the issue/bug regarding the Fog of War feature.
The behaviour I have observed only once myself before a session put the map in spectator mode and now has been mentioned by a player:
Area intended to have Fog of War, whilst covered it is the transparent mode similar to DM view.
This was only fixed by logging out of DND Beyond and logging back in.
This was only brought to my attention about a player being able to see it because another player saying "Your map looks different to mine" So, I don't think this a constant bug
