Mark of healing issue

Took the mark of healing feat and it's not giving me the option to choose int as my spellcasting ability. The text provided in the feat is written as: "Intelligence, Wisdom, or Charisma is your spellcasting ability for this spell (choose when you select this feat)". Only options were wisdom and charisma.

Im trying to build a healer and i added mark of healing as the feat granted by the variant human ability. when i chose another feat to see if there was something better for what i wanted, mark of healing stopped showing up in my feat list. when looking it up it says that i cannot view the feat without purchasing Forge of the Artificcer, which i already own, but the other dragonmark feats work perfectly fine. i can even view mark of healing in the book but my account somehow no longer owns the one feat in particular.

The mark of healing has been removed completely from my d&d beyond, all the other marks and backgrounds work, but the one that gives you mark of healing don't, and you can't manually ad it in the manager either, it's just gone.

edit: It was back for a moment, but i vent to another page and it disappeared again. Don't know if I just have to be lucky with refreshing or not

So I was trying to make a character and realized mark of healing was gone. Not sure if this is the case but heard there was an issue with it but now I'm starting to wonder will it get reenabled or is it just gone?

I keep getting a 404 not found for the mark of healing as well, hope they fix it soon, I have purchased the book already and it sometimes tells me to buy it once again.

Is anybody having issues with backgrounds from the Forge of the Artificer working correctly? I’ve noticed that the Mark feats are not adding spells to spell lists and they are not giving me the option to select from all three of the spell casting abilities. I’ve even noted that the Mark feats are disappearing from my character sheet and are not available in the feats section of the character sheet. For instance, Mark of Healing does not allow me to pick Int as my spell casting modifier and is not adding the bonus spells to my artificer. Additionally, there is an additional drop down in the feats that causes it to disappear if selected.

I've also lost access to Mark of Healing, Mark of Sentinel, and Mark of Warding. I own the book and the Licenses screen says I'm in sync.

Same here,the greater mark of healing is still there but the base one is completely removed

I made my character with Mark of Healing and noticed that on the spells given to me from it it says Mark of Healing (broken). So I came here and it's interesting that some people don't even see it anymore. 

3 of dragon marks are missing when you select feat warding, sentinel, healing, the great marks show up
