Animated Maps in MAPS Freeze After 10 Seconds

Today I had a session using animated maps, but every single one froze after about 10 seconds and turned into a still image. It was really disappointing. I’d love to use Maps, but right now it feels too buggy and unstable to rely on. My setup is not the issue: I have a dedicated PC with 32 GB of RAM, a dedicated GPU, and a 1 Gbps internet connection. Everything else works perfectly — only the animated maps keep failing.

And today in the middle of a session I get this error: "Failed to load map animations. Refresh to try again, or continue playing with static map." :-(

My internet connection is running great. So, not my problem.
