New Characters not loading with the new Class

I have a campaign and just recently bought the pugilist class, the new character that I made for the campaign is not loading into the VTT maps its only showing a blank "Hero With No Name". I've cleared my cache, I've logged out and back in and have even waited 2 days to see if it updates and nothing has changed. I have even removed and readded the character to see if that works and nothing is working. I don't know what else to try at this point.

I'm also having this problem with one of my players characters. It doesn't display his characters icon or correct character information such as health and AC. Hoping they can patch this soon its been an ongoing bug since release.
