Destructive Wave is missing from the drop down list of spells I can add to a magic item I have created. I've added other spells, and this seems to be the only one missing.
This is the homebrew item in question, but I have tried making other items, and the spell is still missing.

Do you own the PHB? That spell isn't in the free rules, and you can't use things you don't own when homebrewing.
