Using copyrighted materials in other apps

I would like to create a simplified wiki for my campaign, probably using World Anvil. For the sake of speed, simplicity & looking awesome, I would like to include the maps, charts, text and illustrations from the books which I have online access to, but I don't want to violate the copyright rules. Do I have to type everything out myself and re-create all the maps and diagrams using other tools, or am I free to import from the online versions of, for example, the Forgotten Realms campaign setting?
