Are you talking about on the character sheet, or in the list of spells to prepare on the Class tab in the character builder?
If it's the latter, most of them are not normally Ranger spells so they won't show up in the list of spells you can manually prepare. But they should show up as prepared on the character sheet anyway.
Don't feel too bad, D&D Beyond is very inconsistent about how it handles this. For some classes (e.g. Clerics and Artificers) it still shows the subclass "always prepared" spells in the list of spells you can prepare, with them checked off already. For others (like, apparently, Rangers) it just doesn't. There's no obvious rhyme or reason to it.

I’m trying to make a Hollow Warden, but none of the subclass spells show up in the spell list.

Well, that’s me feeling dumb, thanks
