App stopped working

The app doesn't go beyond the "updating sources" screen anymore. Been so the last few weeks. No reinstalling, cache deleting or anything else that one could do on phone helped so far.

The newer one.

Where do I do that?

Well, it tells me to clear out the devices, and then sends me to the "right" page where I should be able to do that. Only problem is, there's no option for doing that nowhere to be seen.
