Hello, I preordered the Ravenloft The Horrors Within physical/digital bundle. However the app AND website want me to purchase it. Has anybody else ran into this issue? I contacted support but haven't received a response yet and my ticket leads to a dead link...

ModeratorDid you purchase it directly on DDB, or on dndstore.wizards.com (for EU/UK shipping)? If the latter, check your purchase confirmation email for a link to your product code. You’ll need to redeem that before you can access the book.
