Weapon Masteries and notes gone after making a copy

After making a copy of a character all Weapon Masteries are gone and need to be chosen again.

Notes are gone from selected familiar.

Certain feats will also lose selected choices and I've even had my ability bonuses reset.  It happens, no idea why.

Based on similar issues in the past, it's likely because the process for copying a character involves a hard-coded explicit list of things that need to be copied, and when new things are added that need to be copied (e.g. weapon masteries being added in 2024) someone needs to manually update that list, and sometimes they neglect to do that.
