I found this while using the Eldritch Claw Tattoo. After attuning to the item, it grants a bonus action ability, but that ability does not appear under the Actions tab in Bonus Actions.
This appears to affect multiple magic items rather than being isolated to a single item. I also tested Boots of Speed, Dancing Greatsword, Amulet of Lycanthropy, and several other magic items that explicitly grant bonus actions, with or without attunement, and they exhibit the same behavior.
Displaying these granted abilities in the Actions tab would improve usability by giving players a complete view of their available combat options in one place, reducing the chance of overlooking item-granted abilities during play.
I understand the wording, "As a bonus action, you can...", someone out there may read it as permissive rather than as explicitly granting a new bonus action. However, I believe it clearly indicates that, once an item's requirements (if any, such as attunement) are met, the item authorizes the character to take that action.
Requested Fix: When a magic item or other game mechanic that clearly grants a combat action, it should automatically appear in the appropriate section of the Actions tab: Actions, Bonus Actions, Reactions, or Special Actions, whenever the character meets the feature's requirements, such as being attuned or equipped. If those requirements are no longer met, the granted action should be removed from the Actions tab.
In some cases, this may require adding additional conditions for certain mechanics, such as lycanthropy, where the system would need a way to track whether a character currently has that condition. This could potentially be handled through an existing yes/no or toggle-style flag tied to the character sheet or item requirements. "If you are a lycan"...toggle/check box similar to barbarian's "rage".

The system can't add actions from an item.
There is hope that this will change with the back-end rewrite that's in progress.
