Death Save Bonus

How does one add a bonus to Death Saving throws to a homebrew magic item, such as the item Ioun Stone of Vitality. I cant seem to find it in bonuses nor could I find any help online. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

There does not appear to be a modifier for that in the homebrew system. There's one that provides advantage on them, but not a flat bonus.

I'm not sure how that Ioun Stone works as it's not one of the normal ones, only existing in a non-core charity adventure that I don't have access to. (I would bet that it doesn't actually work in the character sheet.)

I too don't own the book personally, however it does add a note in the Saving Throws section of the character sheet showing the +1 to saving throws when attuned.
