Cleric Homebrew Subclass cannot be shared publicly

Recently ive attempted to make a homebrew cleric subclass via 2024 rules and im struggling. 

i copied the life domain subclass template as ive done many times for subclasses before but im getting the error below and i dont know whats causing it nor how to fix it. i have the necessary features at 3rd, 6th, and 17th level but the issue persists. i even tried adding placeholder features for 1st, 2nd, and 8th level to match legacy content but it still gives me this error. ive tried every option my poor brain can think of to get this to work and i cant seem to figure it out. help please
