5e content not showing in character builder

I have been trying to recreate a character I used to play. I have already purchased the content for it. I have the 2014 player's handbook, forge of the artificer, and other books in my content library. For whatever reason I can only use 5.5e books to level up my characters. So far I only have the free basic rules of 5.5e in my content library. I have all 5e content toggled on, and when I toggle 5.5e content off it shows me no options for leveling up.

I am trying to select circle of the moon for this druid character, but either nothing shows for 5e content, or it only shows me circle of the land for 5.5e content.

I noticed that the standard character builder had the same issues accessing content, but the quickbuilder did not have these issues. However that still left me with the problem of leveling up my character and choosing his druid circle.
