This is happening both on my iPhone and iPad. Website gives me access though. However I MUCH prefer the app since that’s what I got somewhat used to.

ModeratorBest guess is the app can't access the internet. You might try checking your app settings to ensure it has the appropriate permissions.

I had the same issue. Won’t load library and I can’t view characters or create new characters. It’s been like this for a while now.
it’s not an internet access issue- cellular data is allowed and there’s no native way to block WiFi access in iOS for a single app.
Fix: Delete the app from your phone (completely) and then redownload and install. It should make you log in again and when you do it should be fixed.
