Purchased items not showing up in iOS library

Basically the title. Items I've purchased in the browser version appear in my library in the browser. On the iOS app I just get a could not load the library message. Hints?

Did you ever see them in the app? Is it something that started happening (if so, when?), or is it something that always was?

You might try deleting and redownloading the app. If that doesn’t work, you may want to contact customer support:
