PDFs on PC constantly skip pages while loading

I've only noticed this since the early release of the Arcana Unleashed books but anytime I open a book through the library, any book, its constantly skipping up or downpages as it loads...which is quite frustrating when I'm trying to read something and it keeps moving up or down as it continues to load the whole book.  Maps also load extremely slow now.  Pictures in the books load at a more normal rate but for some reason maps in particular load so slow i can watch narrows rows of the map load individually.
